Littler Recognized Among the “Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity” by Seramount
We are so pleased to share that the gobal firm Littler – for the 15th time – has been selected as one of the “Best Law Firms for Women and Diversity” by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Magazine). Each year Seramount surveys law firms to assess how firms utilize best practices to recruit, retain, develop and advance lawyers who are women, people of color and those from underrepresented groups.
We are extremely proud to have our firm’s efforts recognized by Seramount for 15 years! Now more than ever, we remain dedicated to providing an inclusive workplace to ensure that all of our attorneys are able to thrive, pursue leadership opportunities and advance in their careers.
In addition to this recognition, Littler has been widely lauded for its inclusive culture and innovative IE&D programming. This includes being ranked a top law firm in The National Law Journal’s Women in Law Scorecard; named a “Best Law Firm for Diversity” by Vault; achieving Gold Standard Certification by the Women in Law Empowerment Forum and Mansfield Certification Plus from Diversity Lab; as well as being selected as a “Tipping the Scales” Firm by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance; among others. A comprehensive overview of Littler’s ongoing IE&D programming and initiatives can be found in the firm’s 2023 Inclusion, Equity and Diversity Annual Report and on Littler.com.
